Impact Windows Miami Beach
Elevate Impact Windows installs hurricane impact windows and doors in Miami Beach, from South Beach condos to single-family homes on the Venetian Islands and North Beach. We are a licensed general contractor (CGC1539231), first responder owned, and we handle the City of Miami Beach permit, the installation and the final inspection.
Built for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone
Miami-Dade County is inside Florida's High Velocity Hurricane Zone, so every window and door we install here carries a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) and is anchored to the approved drawings. We install large-missile impact-rated products from PGT, ES Windows, Mr. Glass, ECO, EMC and GIG. What an NOA is.
Condos, historic districts and salt air
Miami Beach is mostly condominiums and oceanfront or bay-front homes, and it has one of the largest Art Deco historic districts in the country. That means three things for a window project: association approvals with NOA documents and insurance certificates, historic preservation review for designated buildings where we match original profiles and grids in impact glass, and marine-grade aluminum frames with stainless hardware for constant salt exposure. Openings above 30 feet also need a small-missile impact rating, which most NOA products carry.
- South Beach and the Art Deco district
- Mid-Beach, the Venetian Islands and Sunset Islands
- North Beach, Normandy Isles and Surfside
- Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands and Indian Creek
Insurance and energy savings
Impact-rated windows and doors on every opening can earn an opening protection credit on your windstorm policy, verified by a wind mitigation inspection. Low-E impact glass blocks solar heat and UV, which lowers cooling bills. How the credit works.

Yes. We match frame profiles, grids and finishes to the original look in impact-rated glass and prepare the documentation the Historic Preservation Board requests.
Which frames hold up on the beach?
Marine-grade aluminum with a corrosion-resistant finish and stainless steel hardware. We specify these for every oceanfront and bay-front installation.
