New Construction Impact Windows
Elevate Impact Windows supplies and installs impact window and door packages for new homes, additions and commercial builds across South Florida. Builders and homeowners get one licensed general contractor (CGC1539231) for product selection, shop drawings, delivery and installation to the approved plans.
Impact window packages for builders and custom homes
New construction openings are set to the plans, so we work from your architectural drawings to size every window and door, submit product approvals for the permit set, and deliver on the schedule your framing and stucco crews need. We install to the manufacturer's approved details for the wind zone, whether the project is in the HVHZ in Miami-Dade and Broward or the wind-borne debris region in Palm Beach County and the Keys.
Residential, multifamily and commercial
We handle single custom homes, townhome and small multifamily projects, and commercial storefronts and curtain wall. For commercial work, see our commercial impact windows and storefronts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Give us a call.
Do you supply windows only, or supply and install?
Both. Most builders use us for supply and installation so one licensed contractor is responsible for the opening. We can also supply product with approvals for your own crews.
Can you work from our plans?
Yes. Send the architectural drawings and window schedule, and we will size every opening, select products and return a quote with product approvals.
What is the lead time for new construction windows?
Lead time depends on the manufacturer and the number of custom sizes, and typically runs several weeks after approval of the order. We coordinate delivery with your framing schedule.
Do you provide the NOA and product approval documents?
Yes. We supply Florida Product Approval and Miami-Dade NOA documents for the permit package.
Do you install in the HVHZ?
Yes. We install throughout Miami-Dade and Broward, which are in the High Velocity Hurricane Zone, as well as Palm Beach County and the Florida Keys.
Do you do commercial projects?
Yes. We install commercial impact windows, doors, storefronts and curtain wall for offices, retail, restaurants and multifamily buildings.
